Tuesday- B day
Wednesday- C day and Early Release at 1:40 (please let me know if your transportation is different on this day) and CrAzY hAiR day!
Thursday- D day
Friday- A day
Sight Words- We are starting list 4 this week! Please continue to practice these words at home by spelling, writing, and using them in a sentence.
Writing- We are continuing to work on our Small Moment stories and I am so impressed with the stories this class has come up with already! Keep up the great work!
Science- We just started Chapter 1 last week and are going to explore our five senses more this week.
Reading- Literacy Centers and reading groups are underway! Your child should be coming home with their plastic bag full of a few books, please be sure to have your child read these to you and bring back the next school day.
Reading Log- We have started a school wide reading program where each grade level turns in their class reading log totals for each week. This is determined by signing off in your child's planner that they have read for 15 min. I'm sure most of you are doing this but I can only record it if it is written down in their planners.
